Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your jurisdiction).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Violating applicable laws or regulations.
• Posting content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive.
• Uploading malware, malicious code, or harmful files.
• Attempting unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with the Service.

• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload, post, or submit ("User Content").
• You grant Vryym a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and share your User Content.
• We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and branding (excluding User Content), is owned by Vryym or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party providers (for example authentication, analytics, maps, or media infrastructure). Your use of those features may also be subject to third-party terms and policies. Vryym is not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

6. Termination and Suspension

• You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, or harmed users or the Service.
• Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vryym and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vryym from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide notice within the Service where reasonable. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your service jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
